Product Description
Chute liners protect and cushion equipment from material handling impacts, reducing maintenance fees and conveyor structure damage. Our ceramic wear liner composite plates embed high alumina tiles into rubber via vulcanization, where the rubber cushion prevents ceramic tiles from breaking.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the advantage of combining ceramic with rubber?
The ceramic tiles provide extreme abrasion resistance, while the rubber matrix absorbs impact energy, preventing the ceramics from shattering.
How are these liners installed?
Installation methods include welded studs on steel backing plates, countersunk bolts, or cold bonding using a CN bonding layer.
Can I get customized sizes for my specific chute?
Yes, we provide customized shapes and sizes to fit various equipment including hoppers, bins, and pipes.
What ceramic shapes are available?
We offer cylindrical, hexagonal, square, and spherical ceramic tile shapes depending on your application needs.
Is the quality certified for mining environments?
Yes, our products are produced in an ISO9001 certified factory and have been audited by SGS for high-durability applications.
