Ceramic rubber composite pads & plates utilize a rubber vulcanization process to embed wear-resistant ceramic tiles into a resilient rubber base. These can be bonded directly to equipment or vulcanized together with a steel backing plate for mechanical fastening via bolts.
Key Features: Combines the extreme hardness and wear-resistance of ceramics with the impact-absorbing properties of rubber. Ideal for conveying systems operating under normal temperatures that require high impact resistance.
Applications: Pipes and tanks, deflectors, launders, spill face sloping walls, loading chutes, bins, hoppers, and mill feed components.
