Product Description

Abrasion Resistant Ceramic Rubber Composite Liner

Broken chutes are common problems in load zones causing environmental pollution and high maintenance fees. Ceramic rubber liners protect and cushion chutes from material handling impact.

This liner embeds high alumina tiles into rubber via vulcanization. The ceramic tiles provide excellent wear resistance, while the rubber elasticity effectively reduces impact forces.

Structure Options:

1. Type 1: Ceramic + Rubber + Steel back plate + Studs (Welded mounting studs for easy installation).
2. Type 2: Ceramic + Rubber + CN bonding layer (Fastened via cold vulcanization).

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What materials are used in the composite liner?

The liners consist of high alumina ceramic tiles (92% or 95%) embedded in a high-quality rubber cushion, often with a steel backing plate or CN bonding layer.

Q2: How are the liners installed?

They can be installed using welded mounting studs on a steel backing plate or via cold bonding using a CN layer and adhesive.

Q3: Can the size and shape be customized?

Yes, we provide customized sizes and ceramic shapes including cylindrical, hexagonal, square, and spherical tiles to fit your specific equipment.

Q4: What industries benefit from these liners?

They are ideal for mining, quarries, conveyor systems, chutes, hoppers, bins, and pipes where heavy abrasion and impact occur.

Q5: What is the benefit of the rubber component?

The rubber acts as a cushion that absorbs impact energy, preventing the brittle ceramic tiles from cracking under heavy material load.

Q6: What certifications do your products have?

Our products and factory are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and have been audited by SGS for quality assurance.
