Broken chutes are common problems in load zones causing environmental pollution and high maintenance fees. Ceramic rubber liners protect and cushion chutes from material handling impact.
This liner embeds high alumina tiles into rubber via vulcanization. The ceramic tiles provide excellent wear resistance, while the rubber elasticity effectively reduces impact forces.

2. Type 2: Ceramic + Rubber + CN bonding layer (Fastened via cold vulcanization).

The liners consist of high alumina ceramic tiles (92% or 95%) embedded in a high-quality rubber cushion, often with a steel backing plate or CN bonding layer.
They can be installed using welded mounting studs on a steel backing plate or via cold bonding using a CN layer and adhesive.
