Ceramic Patch Wear-resistant Pipe
Product Description

Alumina ceramic patch wear-resistant pipe is a composite pipe product developed specifically to address the wear challenges faced by industrial pipes. It utilizes a dual-layer composite structure consisting of a high-strength ceramic patch and a metal matrix. The core wear-resistant layer is made of alumina ceramic (AlO2) with a purity exceeding 92%, sintered at high temperatures.

The ceramic patch has a hardness of HV1100-1300, far exceeding ordinary steel. A special adhesive bonds the ceramic patch tightly to the inner wall of metal pipes, such as Q235 carbon steel and stainless steel. This ensures exceptional wear resistance while maintaining the impact and pressure resistance of metal pipes.

Core Features
🛡️ Ultra-Wear-Resistant

Service life extended 5-10 times compared to traditional pipes. Alumina ceramics offer 20 times the wear resistance of ordinary seamless steel pipes.

🧪 Corrosion-Resistant

Withstands acidic, alkaline, and salt solutions (pH 1-14) and high-temperature flue gases up to 800°C.

High Efficiency

Smooth surface reduces friction (0.15-0.2 coefficient), lowering energy consumption by 15%-20% during transportation.

💎 Safe and Reliable

High-strength adhesive ensures shear strength >15MPa, preventing ceramic fallout during shock or vibration.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the service life of ceramic lined pipes?
A: The service life can be extended to 3-5 years in highly abrasive environments, which is 5-10 times longer than traditional steel pipes.
Q2: Can these pipes handle high temperatures?
A: Yes, the materials can withstand high-temperature flue gases up to 800°C.
Q3: Are customized sizes available?
A: Absolutely. We support diameters from DN50 to DN2000 and can customize straight pipes, elbows, tees, and reducers.
Q4: What industries use these pipes?
A: They are widely used in coal washing, steel plants, thermal power, chemical environmental protection, and cement industries.
Q5: How is the ceramic secured to the steel?
A: We use a high-strength, high-temperature-resistant adhesive with a shear strength exceeding 15MPa to ensure it remains safe under vibration.
