Product Description

Alumina ceramic patch wear-resistant pipe is a composite pipe product developed specifically to address the wear challenges faced by industrial pipes. It utilizes a dual-layer composite structure consisting of a high-strength ceramic patch and a metal matrix. The core wear-resistant layer is made of alumina ceramic (AlO2) with a purity exceeding 92%, sintered at high temperatures. The ceramic patch has a hardness of HV1100-1300. A special adhesive bonds the ceramic patch tightly to the inner wall of metal pipes, such as Q235 carbon steel and stainless steel.

Key Features
1. Ultra-Wear-Resistant

Service life extended 5-10 times. Alumina ceramics offer 20 times the wear resistance of ordinary seamless steel pipes and 5 times that of cast stone pipes.

2. Corrosion-Resistant

Withstands corrosion from acidic, alkaline, and salt solutions (pH 1-14) and high-temperature flue gases (≤800°C).

3. Low Resistance and High Efficiency

Smooth surface with a coefficient of friction of only 0.15-0.2, reducing energy consumption by 15%-20% for the same conveying volume.

4. Safe and Reliable

Achieves shear strength of >15MPa with high-temperature-resistant adhesive, preventing ceramic fallout during media conveyance.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the main material of the wear-resistant lining?
The lining is made of high-purity alumina ceramic (Al2O3 ≥ 92%-95%), which is sintered at high temperatures to achieve extreme hardness.
How much longer do these pipes last compared to standard steel pipes?
Under high-abrasion conditions, these pipes typically extend service life by 5 to 10 times compared to traditional seamless steel pipes.
Can these pipes handle corrosive materials?
Yes, the ceramic material is chemically stable and resistant to acids and alkalis with a pH range of 1-14.
What is the maximum temperature these pipes can withstand?
The ceramic lining can withstand temperatures up to ≤800°C, making it suitable for high-temperature flue gas environments.
Are custom sizes available for specific project needs?
Yes, we support customization for various diameters (DN50 to DN2000) and shapes including elbows, tees, and reducers.
How is the ceramic patch secured to the steel pipe?
A high-strength, high-temperature-resistant industrial adhesive is used, ensuring a shear strength of over 15MPa to prevent detachment.
