Transport and Installation Precautions

1. Put gently during transportation to avoid serious collision, especially avoiding direct contact with metal instruments on the ceramic layer.

2. Installation is directional. Follow the arrow direction indicated on the surface consistent with the medium flow.

3. Align with the center line; displacement should be controlled within 1.0mm.

4. For flexible joints, adjust inserted lengths symmetrically. Expansion clearance can be reduced by 3-5mm.

5. Flange ends must be flush with the composite pipe end.

6. Welding is possible: 45°-60° "V" type slope angle (2-4mm) and gap (0.8-1.2mm).
