1. The ceramic composite pipe should be put gently during transportation to avoid serious collision or impact on the ceramic layer.
2. Installation is directional; follow the arrow indicating the flow direction of the conveying medium.
3. Align with the center line and adjust levels precisely; displacement should be within 1.0mm.
4. For flexible joints, adjust inserted lengths symmetrically. Expansion clearance can be reduced by 3-5mm.
5. Flange ends must be flush with the composite pipe end.
6. Pipe connection can be conducted by welding. Use 45°-60° "V" type slope angle (2-4mm) and 0.8-1.2mm gap.
