Transport and Installation Precautions
The ceramic composite pipe has high hardness and good toughness, but it should be put gently during transportation to avoid serious collision.
The bending pipe installation direction should be consistent with the flow direction of the conveying medium.
Pipe should be aligned with the center line; displacement of both ends should be controlled within 1.0mm.
For flange connection, the flange end shall be flush with the end of the composite pipe.
Welding is possible: 45°-60° "V" type slope angle is 2-4mm and gap is 0.8-1.2mm.
