Product Description
Industrial ceramics are widely used in power, coal, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries as an abrasive material and corrosive medium.
It is an ideal wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant pipeline, used to transport sand, coal, ash and aluminum liquid, and is suitable for different high-temperature pipeline inner diameters.
Ceramic pipes includes:
- alumina ceramic straight pipe
- ceramic pipe cone
- ceramic bend elbow pipe liner
- ceramic Y-shape pipe
- ceramic T-shape pipe
- ceramic curved pipe tile liner
- ceramic arc pipe tile liner
- ceramic lined steel pipeline
- custom ceramic pipe
Ceramic Pipe Advantages
- High hardness: Exceptional resistance to surface deformation.
- Superior abrasion: Long-lasting performance in abrasive environments.
- Corrosion and chemical resistance: Ideal for harsh chemical media.
- Light weight: Easier handling and installation compared to pure steel.
- Low maintenance cost: Super wear-resistance reduces maintenance frequency.
- Good fluidity: Smooth surface ensures free flow of material without blocking.

Transport and Installation Precautions
1. The ceramic composite pipe should be put gently during transportation and installation to avoid serious collision, especially direct contact with metal instruments or impact on the ceramic layer.
2. The bending pipe is installed with directivity; the arrow on the surface should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium.
3. Pipes should be aligned with the center line. Displacement of both ends should be controlled within 1.0mm.
4. For flexible pipe joints, inserted lengths shall be adjusted symmetrically. Expansion clearance can be reduced by 3-5mm.
5. For flange connections, the flange end shall be flush with the end of the composite pipe.
6. Pipe connection can be conducted by welding. Use 45°-60° "V" type slope angle (2-4mm) and gap (0.8-1.2mm).
