Product Description
Industrial ceramics are widely used in power, coal, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries as abrasive material and corrosive medium. It is an ideal wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant pipeline, used to transport sand, coal, ash and aluminum liquid, and is suitable for different high-temperature pipeline inner diameters.

- Mine: Coal water slurry, coal washing slime, mine filler, pulverized coal. Metal mines: pipeline transportation of concentrates and tailings.
- Metallurgy: Blast furnace coal injection and slag conveying pipelines in iron and steel plants; refining outside the furnace.

Transport and Installation Precautions
- Handle gently during transportation to avoid serious collision, especially avoiding direct contact with metal instruments on the ceramic layer.
- Bending pipes should be installed according to the flow direction indicated by the arrow.
- Pipes should be aligned with the center line; displacement should be controlled within 1.0mm.
- For flexible pipe joints, adjust inserted lengths symmetrically. Expansion clearance can be reduced by 3-5mm.
Packaging Details
Normal packaging is wooden box. For export to European countries, wooden boxes will be fumigated. PE film may be used for tight container packing or per customer request.

Generally it is 15 days if mould sizes are in stock, or 25 days if not in stock, depending on the quantity.

Yes, we can offer stock samples for free, however, the cost of freight is not included.

For new customers, 50% T/T in advance. For regular customers, 30% T/T in advance and balance after receiving the B/L copy.

The lining hardness ranges from 900 to 1200HV, providing superior wear resistance.
