Yes, we offer free samples. The sample air shipping fee will be returned upon placing a bulk order.
How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 5-10 days if goods are in stock, or 15-30 days if not in stock, depending on the order quantity.
What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, with the balance paid against the copy of B/L after shipment.
Can you provide customized sizes?
Yes, we accept customization. Our standard mats include 500*500mm with various thicknesses, up to a maximum size of 900*900mm.
