We offer an extensive range of rubber composite ceramic wear liners developed to provide superior resistance against impact and abrasion experienced in hard rock mining and other bulk materials handling applications. The range caters for the different abrasion, impact and material flow needs unique to individual industries and operations.
The thickness of complete liner, ceramic and rubber are determined on the basis of application, such as handled material lump size, height of fall, and impact angle. Selection guides are available to recommend suitable liners according to protection requirements.
The ceramics, rubber and steel plate are permanently bonded through our special molding and hot vulcanization process. Our ceramics will stay in place until completely worn.
Ceramic On Rubber Mats: Supplied with a CN bonding layer, ideal for lining over rubber in high wear areas like cyclone launders and dividers.
CN Layer Features: No need to roughen; simply peel off the plastic and apply adhesive. Bonding strength ≥ 12 kN/m.
Conveyor Accessories: Belt cleaner, impact bed, skirt board, pulley lagging.
Wear Liners: Ceramic wear liner, Rubber liner, PU liner, Composite liner.
Belt Repair: Steel Cord Stripper, repair strips, diamond patches.
Custom Rubber/PU: Polyurethane Blade, rods, wheels, and sheets.
A: It is a composite of 92% or 95% high alumina ceramic tiles, impact-absorbing rubber, and an optional steel backing plate.
A: Tiles are permanently bonded through a specialized molding and hot vulcanization process to ensure they stay in place until fully worn.
A: Liners can be installed using bolts and studs, welding, or via a CN bonding layer for cold bonding applications.
A: Yes, the size, shape, and placement of ceramic tiles can be designed to meet specific impact and abrasion levels of your equipment.
A: The CN layer provides high bonding strength (≥ 12 kN/m) and eliminates the need for manual roughening, making installation faster and more efficient.
A: We hold ISO and SGS certifications, along with Safety Certificates of Approval for Mining Products.
