Ceramic Rubber compound lining plate is compounded by high alumina ceramics and excellent natural rubber through special process. 1. Handle with Care: Ceramic composite pipe has high hardness but should be put gently to avoid serious collision or impact on the ceramic layer.
2. Directivity: Install bending pipes according to the arrow direction on the surface to match medium flow.
3. Alignment: Align with the center line and adjust levels. Displacement should be within 1.0mm.
4. Thermal Expansion: Adjust flexible joints symmetrically; expansion clearance can be reduced by 3-5mm.
5. Welding: Connection can be conducted by welding with 45°-60° "V" type slope Angle (2-4mm) and 0.8-1.2mm gap.
Packaging Details: The normal package is wooden box. For export to European countries, wooden boxes will be fumigated. PE film is used for tight container packing or per special customer requests.
