Ceramic rubber composite pads are manufactured using a specialized rubber vulcanization process to embed wear-resistant ceramic tiles into a resilient rubber matrix. These panels can be bonded directly to equipment or vulcanized with a steel backing plate for mechanical fastening with bolts.
