High-efficiency hydrocyclone is a specialized classification equipment that utilizes centrifugal force to accelerate the sedimentation of ore particles. It is widely applied across mining, chemical processing, and water treatment industries for precise material separation.


Based on fluid mechanics centrifugal force, pulp enters the shell tangentially under pressure. Coarse or dense particles are pushed to the periphery and flow downward to be discharged from the bottom grit port. Fine or low-density particles move toward the center and upward, exiting through the overflow pipe.
