High-efficiency hydrocyclone is a kind of classification equipment which uses centrifugal force to accelerate the sedimentation of ore particles, and is widely used in mining, chemical industry, water treatment and other industries.
1. High efficiency: Features high classification efficiency and large capacity, reaching 80%~90% for fine-grained materials (< 0.1mm).
2. Simple structure: Composed of a hollow cylinder and a cone, making it convenient for manufacture and maintenance.

The working principle is based on centrifugal force. Pulp enters the shell tangentially at high speed. Coarse/dense particles are pushed to the periphery and discharged from the bottom, while fine/low-density particles move to the center and exit through the overflow pipe.
