🛠️ Product Description

Conveyor Wear Ceramic Liners

The rubber ceramic liner is made of excellent hot vulcanized rubber processing technology. The square or hemispherical wear-resistant ceramic liner and the vulcanized rubber are combined to produce a porcelain-vulcanized rubber composite wear-resistant ceramic vulcanized rubber sandwich panel.

The rubber ceramic liner combines the high toughness of porcelain with the high buffering and fatigue-relieving characteristics of vulcanized rubber, which can effectively solve the problem of anti-corrosion of machinery and equipment during the whole process of mass and boring transportation. It combines the high toughness of porcelain with the advantages of high buffering and fatigue relief of vulcanized rubber, which can effectively solve the problem of anti-corrosion of machinery and equipment during the whole process of mass and uninteresting transportation.

Also named wear ceramic parts, wear rubber ceramic plate, wear-resistant ceramic pads. Ceramic rubber composite pads & plate is the use of rubber vulcanization process, to embed the wear-resistant ceramic vulcanized into rubber, stick it on the inner all of the equipment with the adhesive paste. As customers' requirements, it also can be vulcanized together with steel plate, with bolts or not.

🚀 Industry Application

Mineral Processing equipment operates in some of the harshest and remote locations. It is crucial to the Mineral Processing industries that this equipment continues to operate efficiently and its lifecycle is maximized to minimize downtime. By appropriately protecting equipment from the extreme wear caused by the high speed and flow rates of ore when processed as a slurry ensures better equipment longevity.

Wear Protection ceramic Linings are used throughout Mineral Processing to protect the steel surfaces of equipment from wear and corrosion. They are used on a range of equipment including pipes, tanks, chutes, pumps, flotation cells, thickeners, launders, and feed spouts or chutes.

🏭 Manufacturing Overview

Our facility is a technical enterprise specializing in the research and development, design, manufacturing, and sales of alumina special ceramics. The facility covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with more than 200 employees and over 20 technical backbones. We operate two specialized production lines, mainly producing alumina ceramic grinding media (alumina balls, lining bricks, alumina column balls), high-purity inert filler balls (92%, 95%, 99% inert filler balls), and wear-resistant ceramics.

Equipped with 16 large ball mills and more than 20 isostatic presses, we utilize advanced laboratories and a complete set of experimental testing equipment. Our products are widely used in various fields such as ceramics, mining, petroleum, chemical, electricity, papermaking, cement, and aerospace.
