Installation Precautions

  • Handle with care during transport to avoid serious collision or direct metal impact on the ceramic layer.
  • Install with directivity: arrows on the surface must match the medium flow direction.
  • Align with the center line accurately; displacement should be within 1.0mm.
  • For welding, use 45°-60° "V" type slope angles with a 0.8-1.2mm gap.
  • Thermal expansion is 1/3 of steel; adjust expansion clearance by 3-5mm accordingly.
