Rubber-Ceramic Wear Liners

Ceramic Rubber Composite Plate is a Square Wear-resistant Rubber Lining Plate Formed by Embedding Special Ceramic Sheets in Special Rubber Through Vulcanization, and then Fixed on the Inner Shell Steel Plate of the Equipment by Welding or Pasting to Form a Solid and Buffering Wear-resistant Layer. It is Widely Used As Anti-wear Lining Plate for Coal Conveying and Ash Discharge System of Thermal Power Plant and Silo, Hopper and Other Equipment in Material Conveying and Batching System of Metallurgical Iron and Steel Industry.

Rubber-Ceramic Wear Liners

Why Choose Our Wear Solutions:

  • Wear Resistance: Alumina Corundum Ceramics Are Adopted, with Hardness Above Hra85 and Wear Resistance 271.5 Times Higher Than That of Manganese Steel.
  • Impact Resistance: Toughened Ceramic Formula, Which is Not Easy to Break and Can Resist the Impact of Large Materials.
  • High Temperature Resistance: It Can Operate at 0 ºC - 250 ºC for a Long Time.
  • Anti Falling Off: The adhesive used is very firm; each ceramic has a penetrating bolt passing through the bottom steel plate, firmly welded with double safety.
  • Easy Installation: Provided as a whole lining plate to facilitate replacement and installation.
  • Reduce Maintenance: Greatly reduces maintenance frequency, saving cost and labor.
