Superior Abrasion and Impact Resistance Rubber Ceramic Plate

Short description:

Rubber ceramic plate is impact resistant for bulk material handling equipment in coal industry, mining. Wear resistant rubber ceramic panel is made by a combination of abrasion resistant alumina ceramics (cylinders, hexagon, plate) vulcanized in resistance rubber base or add the steel backings.

Product Description:

Wear resistant rubber ceramic panels also called wear ceramic liner is made by a combination of wear resistant alumina ceramics (cylinders, hexagon, plates) vulcanized in resistant rubber base, some rubber plates can selectively with steel backing.

The alumina ceramic provides exceptional resistance to wear, while the elastic property of the rubber effectively dampens the impact forces which can crack the ceramics. Rubber also helps to substantially reduce the vibrations, sounds, and the impact shock generated from impacting rocks.

As excellent impact and wear resistant material, rubber ceramic liners is suitable for feeders, chutes, bins, transfer points, in conveyor systems, screen feed plates, mill discharge chutes, bunker, etc. The major applicable industries are mining, Coal fired power plants, cement plants, blast furnace plants and host of other industries which requires high impact abrasion resistant surfaces.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a rubber ceramic tile liner?
It is a wear-resistant liner combining high-alumina ceramics and elastic rubber through a vulcanization process to handle both abrasion and heavy impact.
What are the main advantages of using rubber backed ceramics?
The primary benefits include superior wear resistance from the ceramic and impact energy absorption from the rubber, which also reduces noise and vibration.
In which industries are these liners typically used?
They are widely used in mining, coal-fired power plants, cement production, steel mills, and port handling industries.
Can the size of the ceramic panels be customized?
Yes, while standard sizes like 300x300mm and 500x500mm are common, customized sizes and shapes are available according to specific requirements.
How are the rubber ceramic liners installed?
They can be easily installed onto equipment surfaces using high-strength epoxy resins or via a bolt-fastening system.
What is the alumina content in the ceramics?
The liners typically feature 92% or 95% Al2O3 alumina content to ensure maximum hardness and abrasion resistance.
