💡 Product Description:
Ceramic rubber composite pads/plates utilize a rubber vulcanization process to embed wear-resistant ceramics into rubber. These can be bonded to equipment inner surfaces using high-strength adhesive. Based on requirements, they can also be vulcanized with steel plates and bolts.

💡 Key Features:
Combines the extreme wear-resistance of ceramics with the impact-resistance of rubber. Ideal for conveying systems operating under normal temperatures with significant impact force.

Industrial Applications

Commonly used in heavy-wearing industries including: Thermal Power (falling coal pipes), Steel Industry (blast furnace hoppers), Cement (clinker chutes), Mining (transfer chutes, hoppers), Chemical Industry, and Port Terminals (ship unloader hoppers).
