Ceramic on rubber mats are available in varying thickness to suit different applications. The mats are ideal for lining over the top of rubber in high wear areas such as chutes, feeds, pipeline, cyclone launders and dividers. We typically use a rubber matrix due to rubber's bond strength, but Polyurethane matrix liners are also available upon request.
1). Hextile Mat with Rubber backing: 291*288*18.5mm, 305*305*30mm, 508*508*30mm, 500*500*50mm.
2). Cylinder ceramic plate with rubber backing: 240*415*32mm to 500*500*50mm sizes available.
3). Plain ceramic plate with rubber and steel backing (with/without bolts): 150x300mm, 300x300mm, 150x450mm, 500x500mm.
