Product Description
Silica mullite Brick is a kind of fired brick with mullite and silicon carbide (SIC) as the main minerals. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance of mullite, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and good thermal conductivity of silicon carbide. Having a high strength at RT and high temperature, better wear-resistance and spalling resistance. A better choice used in transition zone, cooling zone and outlet.
Product Features
- Good acid and erosion resistance, powerful anti high-temperature strength.
- Soften melting temperature is 1620~1670 °C.
- Low thermal shock resistance.
- Natural silica as raw material, plus regular mineralizer.
- Ensure good bonding and structural strength of furnace.
- Good heat resistance and long service life.
Product Application
Silicon mullite bricks are widely used in industries such as steel, non-ferrous metals, petrochemicals, machinery, electricity, light industry, etc. They are mainly used in the transition zone, calcination zone, cooling zone, etc. of cement kilns, and can also be used in various industrial furnaces such as heat treatment furnaces, incinerators, circulating fluidized bed furnaces, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Are you a manufacturing factory or a trading company?
A: We are a refractory source factory established in 1986. We integrate refractory research and development, production, sales and construction, with an annual output of more than 200,000 tons.
Q2: Can I have the products customized?
A: Yes, the refractory bricks can be customized according to your specific drawings and technical requirements.
Q3: How do you control product quality?
A: We utilize a fully automatic batching system. Materials undergo random inspection from screening to forming. Quality certificates are provided upon shipment.
Q4: What is your typical lead time?
A: It usually requires about 10-20 days after receiving your deposit, depending on the order volume.
Q5: Can you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we can provide samples for free, though freight and specific mold fees are typically covered by the customer.
Q6: How can I get an accurate quotation?
A: Please provide drawings, technical indicators, and demand quantity. If indicators are unknown, providing specific usage conditions or physical samples allows us to detect content for an accurate quote.
