Product Description

Ceramic Rubber Composite Lining Plate

Ceramic rubber components also named wear ceramic liner, are perfect combination of hardness and flexibility. Small ceramic plates, hex tiles, or cylinders are vulcanized into the rubber backing with approximate 50 Shore A hardness, offering high impact resistance and noise reduction alongside excellent abrasion resistance. These plates are necessarily steel backed for use in heavy wear areas. Panels are engineered and designed to meet various industrial needs.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What are the main benefits of ceramic rubber composite plates? These plates combine the extreme hardness of alumina ceramics with the impact-absorbing properties of rubber, making them ideal for high-wear environments while significantly reducing noise and vibration.
Q2: Can the size of the ceramic liners be customized? Yes, while standard sizes like 300*300mm and 500*500mm are common, we provide customized dimensions and engineered solutions based on specific customer requirements.
Q3: How are these liners installed in industrial equipment? The liners are typically designed for easy installation using either high-strength epoxy resin bonding or secure bolting systems, depending on the equipment type.
Q4: Which industries primarily use Alumina Ceramic liners? They are widely used in the mining, cement, steel, thermal power, and chemical industries for equipment like chutes, hoppers, silos, and cyclones.
Q5: What is the peeling strength between the rubber and ceramic? Our technical standards ensure a peeling strength of ≥12 kN/m between the rubber and ceramic, as well as between the rubber and steel backing.
Q6: Are your products internationally certified? Yes, our manufacturing processes and products comply with ISO standards and have been successfully exported to markets in the USA, Australia, Russia, and the UK.
