A complete range of composite ceramic wear liners is manufactured for use in slurry through to oversize material handling applications.
Ceramic on rubber mats are available in varying thicknesses to suit different applications. The mats are supplied with a CN bonding layer and are ideal for lining over the top of rubber in high-wear areas such as cyclone launders and dividers.
A rubber matrix is typically used due to its bond strength, but Polyurethane matrix liners are also available upon request.
Composite lining sizes: 150x300mm, 300x300mm, 150x450mm, 500x500mm etc.
Ceramic element size: Ceramic mosaic and ceramic cylinders.
