Product Description

Wear Resistant Alumina Rubber Backed Ceramic Tile

Wear Resistant Rubber Ceramic Panels (wear ceramic liner) are made by combining wear-resistant alumina ceramics (cylinders, hexagons, or plates) vulcanized into a resilient rubber base. Selectable steel backing is also available for specific applications.

The alumina ceramic provides exceptional resistance to wear, while the elastic properties of the rubber effectively dampen impact forces that could otherwise crack the ceramics. This combination substantially reduces vibrations, noise, and impact shocks generated by heavy materials.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What are the main benefits of rubber-backed ceramic liners?
The rubber backing absorbs impact energy to prevent ceramic cracking and significantly reduces noise and vibration in heavy-duty conveyor systems.
Q2: Which industries commonly use these wear-resistant plates?
They are widely used in mining, coal-fired power plants, cement plants, steel industries, and port facilities for chutes, hoppers, and bins.
Q3: Can the size and shape of the ceramic tiles be customized?
Yes, we offer various shapes including square, hexagonal, and cylindrical tiles with customizable thickness from 15mm to 50mm based on specific drawings.
Q4: Are these panels resistant to chemicals?
Yes, the alumina ceramic material provides excellent acid and alkali resistance, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.
Q5: What are the available mounting options?
The panels can be produced with just ceramic and rubber, or with an additional steel backing plate for mechanical fastening or welding.
Q6: What is the production capacity for these products?
Our production capacity is approximately 5000 tons per month, ensuring stable supply for large-scale industrial projects.
