Silicon Carbide Ceramic & Rubber Composite Wear Liners
Ceramic Rubber Composite Wear Liner
Wear Resistant Ceramic Pad
Product Description

Ceramic rubber composite pads & plates utilize a rubber vulcanization process to embed wear-resistant ceramic into a rubber base. This composite can be bonded to equipment surfaces using high-strength adhesive. Based on requirements, it can be vulcanized with a steel backing plate and optional mounting bolts.

Key Features

Combines the extreme wear-resistance of ceramics with the impact-resistance of rubber. Ideal for conveying systems operating under normal temperatures that require high impact absorption.
