Product Overview

Rubber Backed Ceramic Wear Liner Tile

Wear ceramic liner is suitable for application in areas of severe impact and areas of high abrasion. The rubber ceramic composite liner can be supplied to incorporate a variety of ceramic shapes, including hexagonal tiles, cylinders and cubes, ceramic plain tiles, all of which have a high alumina content that withstands severe impact and high abrasion.

It is an ideal wear protection material for chutes and bunker mining equipment because it is easy to be installed in equipment substrate by epoxy glue or welded by bolts.
Key Advantages
  • High hardness and superior abrasion resistance
  • Excellent impact resistance due to rubber cushioning
  • Corrosion and chemical resistance
  • Lightweight compared to pure steel liners
  • Easy installation by epoxy resin or bolt systems
  • Improved working environment (reduced noise and vibration)

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is a rubber-backed ceramic wear liner?
It is a composite material combining high-alumina ceramic tiles with a resilient rubber backing, designed to provide both extreme abrasion resistance and impact absorption.
    How are these liners installed?
They can be easily installed using high-strength epoxy resin glue or securely fastened using integrated steel bolts and welding.
    What ceramic shapes are available?
We offer various shapes including hexagonal tiles, cylinders, cubes, and standard plain square tiles depending on the application needs.
    Can the size be customized?
Yes, customized sizes and different ceramic-to-rubber thickness ratios are available according to specific customer drawings and requirements.
What are the main benefits for mining equipment?
These liners significantly extend the service life of equipment, reduce maintenance downtime, and lower noise and vibration during operation.
What is the alumina content of the ceramics?
The liners typically feature 92% or 95% high-grade alumina ceramics for maximum durability.
