Wear Resistant Ceramic Rubber Composite Liner is made by a combination of wear resistant alumina ceramics (cylinders, hexagon, plates) vulcanized in a resistant rubber base. Some rubber plates can selectively include steel backing.
The alumina ceramic liner provides exceptional resistance to wear, while the elastic property of the rubber effectively dampens impact forces that can crack ceramics. Rubber also significantly reduces vibrations, sound, and impact shock generated from impacting rocks.
