The sealing form is divided into three categories: metal hard seal, wear-resistant ceramic seal, and soft seal, with good sealing performance. High compressive strength, good abrasion resistance of the sealing surface, easy installation, flexible switch, less dust jam and ash formation, and long service life.
1. The fully circular straight channel design of this valve does not contain slag or jam. The bottom end of the valve plate is processed into a knife-edge shape, which has a cutting function for soft materials such as fiber, pulp and wood pulp. The valve plate is finely ground and polished to obtain a better sealing effect.
2. The valve body and packing culvert are all precision castings. The valve body adopts flange-type integral casting. Materials available: WCB, 304, 316, 316L, 2Crl3. Sealing ring adopts graphite packing and PTFE reinforced vinyl material, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.
3. The valve plate has 5 supporting points for excellent self-centering, ensuring no deviation under back pressure.
4. Driving options: handwheel, sprocket, hydraulic, pneumatic and electric.
5. Sealing seats (ceramic and soft seal) can be disassembled and replaced after wear, reducing maintenance costs.
