📘 Product Description
Composite Wear Plate / Ceramic-Rubber Sheet Backed with Steel Plate

In aggressive industrial applications, equipment subject to high impact and high abrasion inevitably suffers mechanical attack, chemical attack, or corrosion. Composite ceramic wear liners are intended for the toughest applications. By vulcanizing large, hard ceramic bricks into a matrix of wear-resistant rubber, the elastic properties of the rubber act as a dampener, allowing the product to withstand significant impact without crushing the ceramics.

💡 Key Features & Benefits
  • High hardness and superior abrasion resistance
  • Excellent impact resistance due to elastic rubber properties
  • Corrosion and chemical resistance
  • Lightweight for easy handling
  • Easy installation by epoxy resin or bolts
  • Reduces noise, vibration, and improves safety
