Ceramic rubber components has excellent hardness and flexibility as wear ceramic liner
Wear Resistant Rubber Ceramic Panels is new generation composite panels, a combination of wear resistant alumina ceramic cylinders/ceramic tiles vulcanized in resilient rubber base. The alumina ceramic surface provides exceptional resistance to wear, while the elastic property of the rubber effectively dampens the impact forces which can crack the ceramics.
The panel is suitable for feeders, chutes, bins, transfer points, in conveyor systems, screen feed plates, mill discharge chutes, bunker etc. The major applicable industries are Coal fired power plants, cement plants, blast furnace plants and host of other industries which requires high impact abrasion resistant surfaces.
Product Features
- High hardness
- Superior abrasion and impact resistance
- Corrosion and chemical resistance
- Light weight
- Easy installation by epoxy resin or bolt
- Improve your working environment - noise, vibration and safety

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What are the main components of the composite wear liner?
A: The liner is a combination of high-alumina ceramics (92% or 95% Al2O3), a resilient rubber base, and can be backed with a steel plate for added structural support.
Q2: How does the rubber backing improve performance?
A: The rubber effectively dampens impact forces that might otherwise crack the ceramic tiles and significantly reduces noise and vibration during operation.
Q3: Where is this product typically used?
A: It is ideal for high-impact and high-abrasion areas such as coal feeding systems, milling systems, chutes, bins, and transfer points in power plants and cement factories.
Q4: Can the size and shape be customized?
A: Yes, we provide various ceramic shapes (cylinders, hexagons, tiles) and can design complicated shapes and various sizes according to customer requirements.
Q5: How is the wear liner installed?
A: The liners are designed for easy installation using either high-strength epoxy resin bonding or mechanical bolting methods.
Q6: What is the typical lead time for production?
A: Standard delivery takes 15-30 working days for large quantities, depending on whether the product is a standard size or a custom design.
