Ceramic Rubber Composite Liner with Abrasion Resistant Alumina Square Tile

Chemshun ceramic rubber components has excellent hardness and flexibility as wear ceramic liner. These components are perfect combination of hardness and flexibility. Small ceramic plates, hex tiles, or cylinders are vulcanized into the rubber backing (approximate 50 Shore A hardness), offering high impact resistance and noise reduction alongside excellent abrasion resistance.

Key Characteristics
  • High hardness for extreme durability
  • Superior abrasion and impact resistance
  • Corrosion and chemical resistance
  • Lightweight design for easy handling
  • Easy installation by epoxy resin or bolt
  • Improves working environment by reducing noise and vibration

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What are the main components of the ceramic rubber composite liner?
A: It is a combination of high-alumina ceramic tiles (92% or 95% Al2O3) vulcanized into a flexible rubber backing.
Q2: How is the liner installed on equipment?
A: The panels can be easily installed using epoxy resin bonding or mechanical bolting methods depending on the application requirements.
Q3: What industries benefit most from these liners?
A: These are widely used in mining, steel production, cement plants, thermal power stations, and chemical processing industries.
Q4: Can the size of the ceramic rubber panels be customized?
A: Yes, while standard sizes like 300*300mm and 500*500mm are common, we offer customized sizes based on specific client requirements.
Q5: What are the primary advantages of using rubber-backed ceramics?
A: They provide a unique balance of extreme hardness (abrasion resistance) and flexibility (impact resistance), while significantly reducing operational noise.
Q6: What is the temperature resistance of the alumina ceramics?
A: The alumina ceramic material itself can withstand temperatures up to 1250ºC, though the overall limit depends on the rubber backing properties.
