92% Alumina Ceramic Tile (92% AL2O3) sizes: 150x100x6mm, 150x100x13mm, 150x100x25mm, 150x100x30mm, 150x100x50mm.

Raw Material:
Made from high purity, super fine high-quality grain alumina powder. Processed through spray-drying, cold isostatic pressing, and firing at 1520ºC~1650ºC. Available in 92%, 95%, 97%, and 99% alumina content.

Material Advantages:
• High Hardness: Rockwell hardness HRA80-90, Moh's hardness 9 (second only to diamond).
• Superior Abrasion Resistance: 171.5 times better than Chrome steel and 260 times better than manganese steel.
• Light Weight: Density is 3.6-3.75g/cm3, half the weight of steel, reducing equipment load.
