🛠️ Product Description

Super Wear Resistant Silicon Carbide Plate Composited Rubber Ceramic Lining Plate

Wear-resistant ceramic composite lining is a composite of wear-resistant ceramics and rubber. Small square wear-resistant ceramics are vulcanized (inlaid) in special rubber at high temperature to form a wear-resistant ceramic rubber lining. Using high-strength organic adhesive, the lining plate is bonded to the inner shell steel plate to form a strong and buffering anti-wear layer.

Available Configurations:

  • Ceramic-rubber-steel composite wear-resistant plate
  • Connect ways: Welding or Bolt
  • Three-in-one lining: Ceramics, rubber, and steel plate for dual impact and cushioning performance.

Key Advantages:

  • 💎 Long Wear Life: High durability with low maintenance costs.
  • 🔇 Noise Reduction: Significant reduction in operating noise.
  • 🛡️ Impact Resistance: Excellent cushion performance for falling ores.
  • ⚙️ Easy Maintenance: 60% lighter than traditional steel plates.

Applications: Pipes & fittings, Chutes & hoppers, Vibratory feeders, Cyclones, Distributors, Screens, Centrifuges, Mill liners.
