Ceramic rubber composite pads & plate utilize a rubber vulcanization process to embed wear-resistant ceramic into rubber. This can be bonded to equipment inner surfaces using adhesive paste. Depending on requirements, it can also be vulcanized with a steel plate, featuring optional bolt attachments.

Key Features

Combines the high wear-resistance of ceramics with the impact-resistance of rubber. Ideal for conveying systems operating under normal temperatures with significant impact requirements.
