The ceramic cylinder liner is made of national patented zirconia toughened alumina ceramic. The combination of high fracture toughness of zirconia and high hardness of alumina improves the fatigue strength of the product.
The outer sleeve is forged with 45# steel to resist wear, while the inner sleeve is a ceramic sleeve, tightly bonded. Although ceramic liners may seem more expensive, they significantly reduce the operational cost of mud pumps with a proven service life of 4000 hours.

🔹 Hy-chrome Liner: Made with over 27% chrome iron inner sleeve in a forged steel outershell. Bore hardness is 60 to 65 RC with high tensile strength. Service life exceeds 800 hours.
🔹 Zirconia Liner (ZrO3): Combines forged steel strength with ceramic abrasion resistance. Designed for deep oil reservoirs and severe environments. Service life is over 4000 hours.
🔹 Chrome-plated Liner: Made from premium forged steel with a chrome-coated core, featuring hardening characteristics of 58 to 62 RC.
