Product Description
Alumina ceramic patch wear-resistant pipe is a composite pipe product developed specifically to address the wear challenges faced by industrial pipes. It utilizes a dual-layer composite structure consisting of a high-strength ceramic patch and a metal matrix. The core wear-resistant layer is made of alumina ceramic (AlO2) with a purity exceeding 92%, sintered at high temperatures. The ceramic patch has a hardness of HV1100-1300. A special adhesive bonds the ceramic patch tightly to the inner wall of metal pipes, such as Q235 carbon steel and stainless steel.

Core Features
🛡️
1. Ultra-Wear-Resistant: Service Life Extended 5-10 Times.
Alumina ceramics offer 20 times the wear resistance of ordinary seamless steel pipes. Service life can be extended to 3-5 years for highly abrasive media.
🧪
2. Corrosion-Resistant:
Withstands corrosion from acidic, alkaline, and salt solutions (pH 1-14) and high-temperature flue gases up to 800°C.
⚡
3. Low Resistance and High Efficiency:
Smooth surface with a friction coefficient of 0.15-0.2. Energy consumption is reduced by 15%-20% for the same conveying volume.
🏗️
4. Safe and Reliable:
High-strength adhesive with shear strength >15MPa. Impact-resistant treatment prevents ceramic fallout during media conveyance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What is the primary material used in the wear-resistant layer?
A1: The core wear-resistant layer is made of high-purity alumina ceramic (Al2O3) with a purity exceeding 92%-95%, which is sintered at high temperatures for maximum hardness.
Q2: How does the service life compare to standard steel pipes?
A2: Alumina ceramic lined pipes typically offer 20 times the wear resistance of ordinary seamless steel pipes, extending the service life by 5 to 10 times in abrasive environments.
Q3: Can these pipes handle high-temperature applications?
A3: Yes, these ceramic lined pipes can withstand high-temperature flue gases and environments up to 800°C while maintaining chemical stability.
Q4: Is the ceramic lining prone to falling off?
A4: No, the ceramic patches are bonded using high-strength, high-temperature-resistant adhesive with a shear strength of >15MPa, specifically designed to withstand impact and vibration.
Q5: Are custom sizes and shapes available?
A5: Yes, we support customization for various diameters (DN50 to DN2000) and shapes including straight pipes, elbows, tees, and reducers to meet specific industrial requirements.
Q6: In which industries are these pipes commonly used?
A6: They are primarily used in coal washing, steel plants, thermal power, chemical environmental protection, and cement industries for conveying highly abrasive materials.
