The wear-resistant ceramic composite pipes and elbows are designed using the arching principle. The ceramic block forms a 360-degree mechanical self-supporting structure. All ceramic blocks adopt a tapered design and are interlocked to ensure they remain securely in place.
The gap between the porcelain block and the inner wall of the steel pipe is filled with high-temperature wear-resistant cement, allowing the elbow to withstand significant impact and high-temperature conditions.
