Product Structure: The WTP-M integral ceramic pipe is manufactured by prefabricating high-purity ceramic pipelines using isostatic pressing technology, cast inside steel pipes. Unlike SHS centrifugal casting, this ceramic lining undergoes integral sintering at 1700°C, providing superior density, hardness, and wear resistance. Service life exceeds SHS pipes by more than 10 times.
Operating Temperature: -50ºC ~ 1000ºC
Applicable Media: Solid particles/powders (pulverized coal, furnace ash, mineral powder) and Slurry (coal slurry, slag, molten aluminum).
