The ceramic protective pipes use unique raw materials and distinctive technical processes, featuring high cleanliness and meeting standards higher than the industry's copper and zinc ban requirements. Through the collaborative optimization of materials, design and processes, the lithium battery cathode material conveying pipes can achieve low wear, no leakage and long service life operation, meeting the requirements of high cleanliness production and helping the lithium battery industry enhance its automation level and safety.

- High wear resistance: Hardness of over HRA85, providing 5 to 10 times the service life of ordinary steel pipes.
- Corrosion resistance: Strong chemical stability against electrolyte (HF) and acidic/alkaline solutions.
- Prevent metal contamination: Ensures product purity by preventing iron and copper ions from contaminating battery powder.
- Low coefficient of friction: Smooth inner wall (Ra≤0.4μm) reduces material resistance and risk of clogging.
- High-temperature resistance & Insulation: Operates between 200 to 1000ºC while providing excellent electrical insulation.
- Lightweight: Only 1/3 to 1/2 the weight of metal pipes for easier installation.

Installation & Handling
1. Gentle Handling: Put gently during transportation to avoid serious collision or impact on ceramic layer.
2. Directivity: Install bending pipes according to the arrow direction indicated on the surface.
3. Alignment: Ensure center line alignment within 1.0mm displacement.
4. Thermal Expansion: Composite pipe expansion clearance can be reduced by 3-5mm compared to steel.

A: Generally it is 15 days if mould sizes are in stock, or 25 days depending on the quantity for custom sizes.

A: For new customers, 50% T/T in advance. For regular customers, 30% T/T in advance and balance after receiving the B/L copy.
