Ultra-Durable Silicon Carbide Ceramic Composites Wear Liner for Harsh Environments

Silicon Carbide Wear Liner
Silicon Carbide Wear Liner Detail

In aggressive industrial applications, equipment where high impact and high abrasion inevitably suffer mechanical attack, chemical attack, corrosion, or a combination of these modes. We offer various ceramic liner plates for specific abrading environments. Composite ceramic wear liner is intended for the toughest applications with very high materials. When a combination of extreme wear, impact resistance, and long wear life is needed, we offer composite ceramic wear liners with large and hard ceramic bricks vulcanized into a matrix of wear-resistant rubber. Due to its elastic properties, the rubber acts as a dampener, making it possible to use this product in applications with high impact without the risk of crushing the ceramic bricks.

Core Features:
  • High hardness and superior abrasion resistance
  • Excellent impact resistance through rubber cushioning
  • Corrosion and chemical resistance
  • Lightweight design for easier handling
  • Easy installation via epoxy resin or bolt fastening
  • Noise and vibration reduction for a better working environment
