Product Description
Wear Resistant Ceramic Rubber Composite Wear Liners With Steel Plate and Studs

The rubber backed ceramic panel, also known as a ceramic composite panel or three-in-one ceramic panel, is an ideal solution for components experiencing rigorous wear. Alumina ceramics are the second hardest material after diamonds, making them perfect for high-impact and abrasion-resistant surfaces.

Detailed Application: Suitable for bulk material conveying systems such as coal hoppers, chutes, mixers, feeders, bins, and bunkers. Major industries include mining, coal-fired power plants, cement plants, and blast furnace plants.

Key Advantages:
  • Excellent absorption of high impact and sliding abrasion.
  • Significant reduction in noise levels within the plant.
  • Engineered to resist specific sizes and types of impact.
Easy Installation

Rubber Backed Ceramic Mats can be installed by bonding directly to clean steelwork using metal primers and bonding agents. Alternatively, steel-backed panels can be welded via stubs and secured with bolts and nuts for robust attachment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a direct manufacturer?
Yes, we are a group company established in 1997 with three factories manufacturing alumina powder, grinding media, and wear-resistant liners, including our own vulcanizing plant.
Can you provide samples for quality testing?
Free samples in small quantities can be provided for quality checking. Express fees can often be deducted from bulk orders.
What is the typical delivery time?
Most products are customized. Generally, it takes 7 to 30 days depending on the order quantity and application conditions.
What are your main export markets?
We export globally to markets including Australia, Russia, Ukraine, Mongolia, Southeast Asia, Chile, Peru, and South Africa.
Do you accept small or bulk orders?
We accept both. With a production capacity of 18,000 tons per year, we have the capability to handle large-scale bulk orders while maintaining flexibility for smaller needs.
What other products do you manufacture?
In addition to composite panels, we produce plain ceramic liners, weldable liners, curved liners, various grinding media (ZTA, Zirconia), and alumina powders.
