⚠️ Transport and Installation Precautions
- The ceramic composite pipe has high hardness but should be handled gently to avoid serious collisions or direct impact on the ceramic layer.
- Bending pipes must be installed following the direction indicated by the arrow on the surface.
- Ensure alignment with the center line; displacement at both ends should be controlled within 1.0mm.
- When using flexible joints, adjust inserted lengths symmetrically. Expansion clearance can be reduced by 3-5mm.
- For flange connections, ensure the flange end is flush with the composite pipe end.
- Welding is possible; use a 45°-60° "V" type slope angle with a 0.8-1.2mm gap.
